Farmers and Ranchers! The Colorado Farmers Market Association has created brand-new membership categories with CFMA that recognize how central farmers and ranchers are to farmers markets in our state. We’ve created a Farmer/Rancher membership category to bring farmers’ and ranchers’ voices into CFMA, and a Farm Stand/CSA membership category, to be able to expand our support to farmers who sell through these outlets. If you have a farm stand or CSA, consider joining CFMA with a Farm Stand/CSA membership. If you are a farmer or rancher who sells at farmers markets, join in the Farmer/Rancher category!   (If you sell at both farmers markets and have a farm stand or CSA, just join in the Farm Stand/CSA category)

Farm Stand/CSA member benefits
-Listing of the farm stand/CSA on the CMFA website
-Farm Stand/CSA location included on map on website
-Support/technical assistance for SNAP/EBT machines/Double-Up Food Bucks
-Feature CFMA logo on websites, in social media, and on all promotional materials.
-Opportunity to be featured in CMFA social media posts, especially during the summer
And more to come: as farm stands and CSAs join, we’ll be looking for your feedback on what a statewide organization linking farmers markets, farm stands and CSAs can offer. For example, if Zoom calls with other farmers who operate farm stands or run CSAs around the state would be helpful, that’s something we can organize.

Farmer/Rancher member benefits
-Listing of your farm on the CMFA website
-Feature CFMA logo on websites, in social media, and on all promotional materials.
-Opportunity to be featured in CMFA social media posts
-Opportunty to connect, build relationships and share ideas with farmers market managers and other farmers and ranchers who are invested in farmers markets
More to come! As more farmers and ranchers join CFMA, we can work together to shape what support you would like from this organization.
